02Do you just advise, or do you build it too?
We build it. Our commercial diagnostic identifies what is worth automating, then the same team designs, builds, integrates and deploys the solution. We don’t just hand you a strategy or a set of recommendations, we take the automation through to implementation and make sure it works in your business.
03What if our process is too messy to automate?
That’s common and it’s exactly why we start with the process, not the technology. We first understand how the work actually gets done, identify what needs fixing, and then determine what should be automated. Sometimes the right answer is to fix the process and automate nothing. We’ll tell you when that’s the case.
04Which systems do you integrate with?
We integrate with the systems you already use, including CRMs, ERPs, field-service platforms, accounting software, email, documents and other business applications. You don’t need to replace your existing systems to get started. We connect your tools and automate the workflows that run across them.
05How long before anything is live?
The initial commercial diagnostic takes 2 weeks and requires around 2 hours of your time. For our Starter package, your first AI automation is typically live within 6 weeks from the start of the engagement. Larger or more complex automations are scoped during the diagnostic, with a clear implementation timeline agreed before we build.
06Who owns the agents afterwards?
You do. The automations, workflows, rules and business data remain yours. We provide the ongoing operation, monitoring, optimisation and maintenance under your monthly operating plan, so your automations continue to perform as your business evolves.
07We’re flat out. Do we have time for this?
